The modular construction and bolted design of the Aline Group square tank lends itself to speedy production and reduced lead times. The panels nest within themselves and the system is perfect for delivery to remote hard reach locations such as tight plant rooms, basements or even carried to the top of a building. The tanks can also be built off-site and crane-lifted onto the top of a building or tower to provide elevated storage.
With flat panel design, you have a device that can be easily cleaned, extended or even moved to another location.
The Aline Group Square Tank can be manufactured in galvanized steel, 304 stainless steel or 316 stainless steel depending on your sanitary needs.
MATERIALS – All wetted surfaces in our tanks are made of 304L stainless as standard (316L is also available). This includes, panels, braces, ladders, nozzles and bolts. We also supply hot dip galvanised tanks if required.
NOZZLES – Nozzles in both flanged and screwed type are factory installed during manufacture to customer requirements. Standard fittings are 1/2″ to 4″ NPT or 3/4″ to 10″ table flanges. We give you the layout drawing then you mark where you want your nozzles, what size and type, then we do the rest.
ROOFING – The roof of a stainless tank is made of color-bond and the roof of a galvanized tank is made of zincalume, both of which are vermin-proofed.
FOUNDATIONS – Foundations are generally on galvanised UB’s allowing access for maintenance and erection, placed below the seams.
PANELS – Panel sizes are standard 1.22×1.22m and 0.61×0.61m with a flat finish for ease of cleaning and little sludge retention. The panel tanks are limited to a maximum of 4.88m high but can be infinitely varied to this height. We can even custom-make panels to suit your room size for a slightly higher cost.
QUALITY – All our tanks conform to the AS2304 quality system, with full material traceability and dimensional accuracy of every part and compliance to ASME, BS and AS codes. You know exactly what you are getting!
ENGINEERING – Aline Group offers engineering services including site inspection and detail drawing.
DELIVERY – Typically we can have one of these tanks ready for dispatch to your site within 3 – 4 weeks from your approval of drawings of your required nozzle positions.
WE DO IT ALL. ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS BOLT YOUR PIPES TO THE TANK
