Construction of a new 20 storey office tower with retail shops on the ground floor with GFA of 28,294q m, comprising basement amenities area 75sq m, retail 639sq m, office lobby & other areas at ground level, 400sq m, office levels 1-19 27,189sq m.
The development includes a principal tower set back from the north, with an associated podium wrapping around the western, southern & eastern facades.
The eastern wing of the podium will form a covered area to a pocket park.
Off-form concrete columns will be located along the building’s northern elevation, ground level to be surrounded by clear shopfront glazing, where glazing is not proposed, dark granite stone cladding will be used.
Awning to be located along northern elevation to comprise steel frame with translucent white glass.
The tower of the building will comprise curtain wall glazing with aluminium channel recess.
Aluminium projections to extend along the building’s northern facade between each floor.
A project is aiming for a minimum 4 star Green Star rating.
2 levels basement car parking for 145 vehicles & 160 bicycles.
