In line with the city’s overall rejuvenation, East End is split into 4 different stages. Each show an appreciation for how the story of Newcastle can be reimagined. Modern construction allows for views to the harbour, all while sitting neatly amongst historic dwellings and a bustling retail and restaurant district. Known as the Fabric House, Perkins & King, and Washington House, stage 1 was completed in 2021. Soul Pattinson & Lyrique or Stage 2 is set to be completed in 2022.
