The proposed new Proserpine Entertainment Centre or PEC is to accommodate current Council, Community Groups, Public activities, and Functions. PEC is set to provide a building which can provide a community focus for the town and provide functionality beyond the existing brief. The impetus for the project was borne of the impact of Cyclone Debbie on the existing building.
