The ground floor alone will be comprised of 71 bedrooms, 2 internal communal courtyards, external communal open space area,, kitchen, dining area, lounge rooms, servery; laundry, linen, clinical, medication, cleaner, communications, utility rooms, loading dock, vehicle turn table, substation bin storage & pump room, reception, offices, hairdresser & cafe.
Stormwater, sewer, diesel and electric fire pumpsets were supplied to this site. Also included was a triplex variable speed pressure system.
